Future Plans

The future plans of many of the operational areas of the organisation are described above, but some key future plans are in place for 2011/12 and beyond.

Other aims include launching our new database in autumn/winter 2011: a labour-intensive process of data cleansing and data entry will be needed but it should give us much better management information, and aid communication across the charity.

Beyond the plans described above, we are not actively implementing any new projects or workstreams in the year ahead. This is because we feel it is essential to allow sufficient staff time and resources to ensure we can meet the urgent and time-sensitive demands of the tendering processes that we are facing in the next 12 months, and to develop any new relationships and partnerships that may help our work and our clients in what is going to be a very volatile funding environment.
