A local Newspaper, together with a magazine, on audio USB Memory Stick or SD Memory Card format, can be despatched FREE OF CHARGE to any Sight Impaired (partially sighted) or Severely Sight Impaired (blind) person wishing to keep in touch with their local community in the County of Kent.
