College Road is situated in the south west end of Maidstone. It leads into the town centre from the village of Tovil.

Car Parking: There is a limited number of on-street parking bays in College Road, though these are often taken. Waiting is limited to two hours. In some instances parking can be arranged onsite at the Sight Centre. Please contact the Sight Centre in advance on 01622 691357.

Buses: The nearest local stop is Hayle Road. The stop is a 10 minute walk from the Sight Centre on flat ground. The following buses stop here:

From Hawkhurst (stopping at Cranbrook, Linton and Loose): Bus 5
From Marden (via Coxheath): Bus 89 (infrequent)

Maidstone West for Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells
Maidstone East for East and West Malling, stations to Sevenoaks
Both stations have a taxi rank

Please note that whilst it is possible to take a bus from the stations to the town centre, there is no service to College Road. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from either station to the Sight Centre and the walk is uphill for some of the way.

Access for people with disabilities: The Centre has a ramp for wheelchair users for access at the rear of the building. Within the Centre there is a wide door wheelchair lift. There are two wheelchair accessible toilets.
